No Experience Necessary

Gain flexibility, agility, coordination, stamina and grace as you explore the beauty of ballet.

Ballet classes for seniors have been shown to keep the body nimble and improve posture and mobility. The structure of a ballet class with movement to music helps increase mental stimulation and is a great way to stay physically active at any age. Most importantly, you’ll have fun and enjoy the sense of wellbeing that dance can bring.
